76% there with 472 days to go!

Just a quick update today... I will upload pics in the next update :)

I have managed to tick a few things off over the last month or so, and also changed a couple of things due to change in circumstance.  As I am not teaching Aerobics anymore I have switched out a couple of the goals directly related to that ... but they are still pretty trick ones to achieve.  

I have joined Postcrossing and already sent my first 5 postcards off (most I could send as a new member).  These are still travelling but hopefully they will reach their destinations this week and be registered so I will then start to receive 5 postcards from around the world, then I can send more and hopefully get at least 10 back over the next 472 days.  I thought this would be a great one as Q is fascinated with the globe and where different places are in the world so by people writing something about their city they live in it will allow him (and I) to learn a little more about a bunch of amazing places. So far my postcards have gone to the USA, China, Germany, Russia & the Netherlands.

I counted up my digi-printables I have designed - and it turns out I had already done more than 25! yay! another thing completed on my list.

My Smash Book (for my letter in 10 years) is underway as of this month too.  These are the coolest books and I am loving filling it up.  I will keep filling it over the next month and then wrap it and tuck it away to open again on my birthday in 10 years time.  

I have a few things currently in progress... I have marked these in blue...

2. Read 20 books that are not for uni - this will be a welcome change to a text book! {13/20 @ June 13}
5. Go on 12 dates with my hubby {10/12 @ August 13}
7. Digi scrap daily for one month (might catch me up to date!) {aim - October 2013}
16. Host a Valentines Day Party
19. Perform a Random Act of Kindness for someone I don't know, once a month for 12 months {started December 2012... 7/12}
23. Create 12 new aerobics routines to teach {3/12: May-12, Dec-12, Mar-13} ... Not teaching anymore so this one will be replaced with something new and challenging... 
23. Write a list of the best 100 experiences in my life!  {started August 2013}
33. Learn to model with modeling chocolate {July 2013}
35. Exercise 3x a week (for at least 3 months) 
38. Carve pumpkins
39. Host a Halloween Party
44. Close in our deck to make the area more user friendly (or make the decision we won't be doing it) {decision made! - July 2013}
53. Refresh my First Aid Certification ... As I am not teaching anymore I no longer need my certification so have replaced it with something new... 
53. Join Postcrossing and receive postcards from 10 different countries {5 postcards in transit, Aug-13}
54. Theme 10 parties/days/events {6/10: March-12, May-12, Dec-12, May-13, Jun-13, Jul-13}
58. Lose 5kg
63. Spend Christmas in the USA {December 2013 - this looks to be a long shot - it may be the one goal that needs to be extended a few months past the 1001}
68. Design 25 digi printables {July 2013}
70. Go away on a girls weekend {Aim - Wellington}
71. Decorate our house in some way for each season of the year
74. Learn another language (the basics anyway!)
77. Take a wine tasting course
79. Attend an overseas trade show/convention (out of NZ)
81. Decide what to do with our house - extend/sell/remove & rebuild {Decision made! July 2013}
83. Write a letter to myself to open in 10 years .. changed this slightly - making a Smash Book to open in 10 years.
87. Find an inspirational quote and work it into a piece of artwork in our home {August 2013}
89. Expand my vocabulary by 50 words {23/50}
91. Go barefoot for a day {August 2013}
96. Build a snowman
100. Stay awake for 24 hours 
101. Add another 101 goals for the following 1001 days! {35/101 done}
